Dr. Irina Gabriela Ohanian, MD

Experienced and knowledgeable. Dr. Ohanian is a wonderful doctor with a depth of experience that truly shows in the care she provides. When she moved to a concierge practice, I initially tried seeing other providers, but that only made me realize how much I valued her expertise, attention, and compassion. Once I looked into her concierge program, I was pleasantly surprised by the discounted rates, and it became an easy decision. Having access to her expertise whenever I need it gives me tremendous peace of mind, and I’m so glad I made the switch.

She’s proactive about preventive care, follows up quickly on results, and offers thoughtful options. I trust her completely.

She has been my PCP for the last 7 years. Easy to talk to and reachable in Epic messages. Explains things clearly and follows up fast. Feels like I’m in good hands. the downside, vey busy practice and the Optum has not done much to improve it.

My doctor has been incredible. She caught and corrected a few important issues that were previously missed or mismanaged by temporary medical staff. Her attention to detail and commitment to doing what’s right made a real difference in my care. I feel truly lucky to have her as my PCP—she’s thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely cares.

Very knowledgeable and has a great experience in Internal medicine practice. As a former hospitalist she is very efficient and quick to get to the bottom of underlying issues. This may be not everyone's cup of tee but I personally like that she stays on top of medical updates and keeps me informed on new medical approaches. She was prompt to update my medical prescriptions due to major recalls and provided me with a safer option. She may be hard to get appointment with due to busy pahel.

It is not surprising to see all the very harsh comments on Dr. Ohanian - she seemed have changed (improved) her bed manners and overall professionalism quite a bit last year (2018-2019); even with that, the accusation of her pursuing the profession for love of money instead of patients still is not a far fetch. Can Harvard Associates not do better with selection and management of physicians???

I saw Dr. Ohanian after my PCP left and she was the doctor who took over. She was terrible. She was running over 45 mins late and then spent no more than 8 mins with me for my yearly check. Thank goodness I am in the healthcare field and knew what labs to ask for and what to ask her to check because she was very uninterested in helping me. She made it clear she didn't have time for me and did not want to help me. I will never go back to her. If you want a doctor who cares and is willing to help you navigate the healthcare field or your own health DO NOT GO to her!

She was friendly enough but didn't really listen or give opportunity for my health concerns to be discussed. I didn't feel she really investigated the things I did mention. I will have to be more vocal next time.

Lost medical record sent early and wrongfully charged insurance as a specialty doctor to get insurance money. DONT GO HERE!
