Dr. Irlna Ingrid Tantchou

LATE! Late for my 1st appointment and then late for my surgery (4 hours) and late for my follow-up 2 1/2 hours, not apologetic, came across very arrogant and rude, doesn't like questions, very short with her responses, I felt very uncomfortable by the annoyed look on her face, she appeared very angry! Then she WALKED OUT of my appointment while I was asking a question & never returned. In 63 yrs of going to a Dr. I have never met anyone like her. I will never return and I do not recommend her to anyone

The worst doctor I have experienced in 62 years of my life. She performed a surgery on my brother and his condition has only worsened. Even if we give her benefit of doubt she is certainly not knowledgeable, doesn't answer questions, very unfriendly, rude to an extent you can't imagine and intimidating. She made it evident that she doesn't care once the surgery is done and has no clue on what to do next. Not fit to be a surgeon. I will highly suggest Highlands Oncology Group to verify her credentials. We have been patients at Highlands for a long time and our experience was great until we met Irlna. Please find another surgeon even if that means you have to wait but don't visit Irlna.
