Dr. Matos has taken excellent care of my daughter from months old to 18 yrs.

After making my daughters appt and confirming it today, the doctor actually refused to see my daughter stating if there is nothing wrong with her then she has to come back next month for her yearly physical. Her office confirmed with me this morning that it was for a yearly physical under a new plan. Twice I confirmed with her office. This place was formerly queens Long Island medical group. I filed a complaint with their administration but nothing will come of it because it's run by doctors. I am a health care professional myself and I know how it works. She is not any good anyway despite her 30 years experience. It's time for her to retire.

The doctor is a very nice person, but she refuse to give my son anit-biotics and he needed it. It took 2 hours for me to see the doctor sitting in the waiting room her staff is so rude.I don't see her anymore, i found a new ped and love him.

This doctor charges for an interview without telling it. Did not come back, found another great peditrician
