Dr. Irvin Howard Willis, MD

This man is a piece of Sh*t, nothing but the worst EVER. Do not send anyone to him, nothing but the weirdest man.

I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer December 2002. In January, 2003, Dr. Jamie Barkin, performed a ERCP and confirmed the diagnosis at which time he referred me to Dr. Irving Willis. After reviewing my records he performed a Whipple procedure. At that time the procedure was relatively very new. I was blessed to have him as my surgeon. I retired from law-enforcement four years later. The only complications I experienced were bowel obstructions due to scar tissue and adhesions from the surgery. I returned to see Dr. Willis in 2012 at which time he performed a Lysis procedure and removed the scar tissue and adhesions. To date, I have not experienced any additional problems. By the grace of God and Dr. Willis I will be celebrating my 78th birthday in two months. Wishing you and your family a very happy and blessed holiday season..... Thank you, Richard

Dr. Willis saved my life through the power of his skills. During the entire hospital stay he came to see me every single day and had amazing bedside manner. I would not consider any other surgeon before consulting with him.

GREAT PHYSICIAN

Dr Willis called on a Sunday in response to a health urgent issue that I was suffering with. I had left him a message which he returned in 10 minutes! His consoling words helped me not to worry and said that what I was experiencing was normal after surgery!

Dr. Willis has saved my life not once but twice. The first time was when he perfomed a splenectomy on me and discovered that I had stage 3 cancer in the back part of my pancreas, which he removed. I am still under treatment for a small bit of cancer cells that remain above the pancreas. The second time was 2 years later, when an intestinal ulcer I didn't know I had exploded, I went into shock. My wife insisted that Dr. Willis performed the emergency surgery while I was in shock. My wife was told I might not survive it. He expertly repaired and removed the problem. his was in March, and now, with physical therapy - it was a huge incision - I am fully recovered. This sit would not allow me to use the language I would like to use re. the bicycle "critical mass" incident involving this doctor. The "critical mass" nonsense is a supreme example of arrogance that should be banned and that ties up and endangers traffic and pedestrians. I can understand any unlucky driver getting caught… up in it and accidentally colliding with a participant (or more likely, the participant colliding with the driver) Maybe if there were more such collisions, the authorities would ban this stupid monthly event as they should have done when it first began. I would be fine with that happening.

Never in my life have I met a more pompous, inhumane, cold, heartless, rude "man." I would have him treat my dog. If there is a choice between Willis and ANY OTHER physician, go with anyone else. If you love your family member, do not let him near them.

He is such a caring and competent doctor. Did great on my emergency surgery.

'Criminal....hits and flees after causing injury to bicycle ride. No regard for life.

Dr. Willis is one of the most caring, approachable doctors we have ever come accross. He has saved muy husbands life several times and always has a genuine love for his pacients and thoughful way. He is calm even under duress...Everyone should be so lucky to have such an incredible doctor guiding you at times of need.
