Dr. Irving Michael Bratt, MD

I have had the fortune of transitioning from one excellent Dr (Dr Bratt) to his outstanding APRN, Rebecca Flayman, at the same practice. I credit her with saving my life due to her thoroughness and practice of mandating regular follow ups. This practice is the kind that you can have faith and trust in. I have never had such level of care and wow, are they efficient. They have acquired great front staff and very competent and friendly MAs. I just had my physical and they made me feel at ease and in good hands as always. They run on time and operate as a fantastic team. I would urge anyone to try them. My experiences have consistently been positive and I've been a patient for four years. I couldn't ask for better care. Thank you!

If you’re looking for a rude, abrupt, impatient, inconsiderate, insulting doc, this is your guy! I’ve never been so rushed in a medical office in my life!

I’m appalled after my first review I came to office and not during lunch or closed the doors are locked by Marvin Shaw … I want the office to call me I am putting in complaints because the reviews in past show how staff here operate

He is not nice.

If you want a rude and impatient hot-head who doesn't listen treating you, this is your guy! I just had the sorriest excuse for an annual physical examination ever (and, at 58, I have had many so I know what constitutes a thorough and professional medical examination). This is a broken down patient mill. Front office staff needs training in common courtesy and phone etiquette.

I was a patient of Dr. Bratt's for 17 years, and, as other patient's have stated, he is abrupt, sometimes inconsiderate. When I call his office, I'm put on hold for between four to five minutes. The parking lot leaves much to be desired. Rather than try to find another physician, I made an appointment with Dr. Chambers who works at the same office. She is attentive, friendly, thorough, and has never rushed me through an examination.

The office and Dr. Bratt need to stop calling patient's homes before 9:00am. We received a call at 7:00am (non-emergency) and an 8:00am (to confirm an appt.)... both of which woke my wife up -- very inconsiderate.

Rude and no bedside manner. More concerned about the money!

Dr. Bratt has been my primary physician for well over 30 years. Through the years, he has consistently exceeded my expectations as to the care he has provided. He has excellent bedside manners, is proactive in his approach versus reactive and always carefully listen to any questions I may have and provides answers.

I used to be be a patient of Dr. Ohayon and moved to Dr. Bratt when Dr. Ohayon left the practice. I'm a survivor of Guillain Barré syndrome, which a severe condition that can be triggered by the flu or other viruses. I recentyly got hit with the flu and wanted to see my doctor immediately and when I called his office, I was told just to go to the Emergency Room. Why do I have a Primary Care Physician if this is the service I get?
