Office staff are terrible. Stay away from this place

Dr. Lieberman is the rudest doctor I have ever visited. I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes to see him. Once I saw him he was rude and arrogant. He met with me for 5 minutes and that was it.

Dr. Lieberman is a World Renowned Orthopedic surgeon located in Plano, Texas. I travel an hour to see Dr. Lieberman for my neck and lower back issues. I must say he is the best in his field. I highly recommend him to anyone that has back or neck issues. I've had two surgeries on my neck. The surgeries were successful both times. It is also noteworthy that Dr. Lieberman's entire staff are the finest to work with.

I went to see Dr Lieberman about a full fusion to stop the progression of my scoliosis curve. It was at 60 degrees. After 2 consultations about the risk of a full fusion a surgery date was set. I had full hopes that he could do this surgery. He said he could get my curve back to about 30 degrees and 2 inches taller. But he couldn't and he should have disclosed this to me sooner than the night before surgery saying "a full fusion was too much of a risk on my bones" or at least waited a few days so I could digest the change and the surgery he was doing a Lumbar Fusion and make the decision if I wanted this surgery.. But because I was on pain meds, codine from the first surgery he did 4 days earlier to replace 2 disks in my lumbar area I don't remember anything he said until I woke up the next morning with Lumbar Fusion. I should never have had this surgery due to the condition of my bones. Now I am suffering from Failed Back Surgery Syndrome. My pain is 10 times worse and he keeps saying… he had to do this surgery to shore up the disks he replaced. He never said that or consulted with me on this change. Don't trust this doctor. Pure negligence on his part.

I had 3 previous back surgeries for my scoliosis and was in worse shape than when I started. I was mostly in bed. Then through what I can only call divine intervention, I heard of Dr. Lieberman from another back doctor. Long story short it has been 5 years since my repair surgery. I am now a grandma who can chase her grandkids.

When we took our son to Dr Lieberman, the first visit we met and saw a PA who was awesome! She was encouraging and showed us on the x-ray exactly what was causing his increasing pain and suggested treatments that they could do to improve it. The second visit we had a different PA who was kind of cold - nothing like the first. Dr. Lieberman was shocking! He was curt, obnoxious and rude! We left feeling abused and mistreated. Our 37 year old son cried the rest of the day and went into a deep depression. We went home feeling hopeless! Beware!

Dr. Lieberman and his entire staff was wonderful!!

Dr. Lieberman has saved my life and my back. For three years I trusted a doctor in Ft. Worth, that doctor left my back in a shape that I could not walk with out pain. Dr. Liberman fixed his screw up, in my back and neck. I still have another surgery to go on my back and Dr. Liberman will be the one to do it. He is the best

I have never met a doctor as fabulous as Dr. Lieberman. Him and his staff are absolutely amazing. Everybody from the office to the hospital. You know you are being taken care of 100%. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks and all I can say for it being a hospital visit it was top notch. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lieberman and his staff.

Dr. Lieberman operated on my back after having severe back pain for years and there is no more pain for me. He and his staff are wonderful.
