Dr. Ishwara N Sharma, MD

I can not thank Dr. Sharma enough for my care. His experience and knowledge has saved me from having a heart attack. Without his perseverance (with my Insurance carrier) the stents I needed would have been considered unneccesary. Awesome doctor!!!!

Doctor Sharma saw my medical records and diagnosis, sent me for more testing, which eventually came to the same conclusion, and then refused to treat me.

At first I was impressed with the tone he used with me. However, that did not last long. I explained that I was in recovery for substance abuse, and was having other health issues that I wanted to address. He shut down, telling me that none of his patients have substance abuse issues and that he would not accept me as his patient. In doing so, I was told that NONE of the other doctors in the facility would take me, either. He did say he would try to see if there was anyone else he could recommend, and promised to call me the following day. That never happened. He is a liar and discriminator, and has lowered my opinion of doctors even further; a feat that I didn't believe was possible. I thought doctors weren't supposed to be judgemental, but clearly that was my own naivete. ZERO STARS. I wish I could give negative stars, honestly!

Dr Sharma has been my Dr. for many years.
