3 stars only for a waiting time experience. I waited for 2,5 h to see a doctor and I was the first patient for a day - absolutely terrible! However, this is the first doctor to give me valuable advices! She can see many things on ultrasound and explains it patiently. She is very knowledgeable. I do not want to change a doctor and ready to wait, knowing I am in good hands.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. This is the 3rd time I come here and wait HOURS to be seen while people who seem like “friends” are called in before me . I could’ve been done faster in a walk in. No consideration whatsoever. They act like you’re crazy for asking what’s going on when you’re here 3-4 hours to be seen for a simple blood test. Don’t waste your time. Rude as well

Been coming here for years. Honestly super clean & super nice! This office always made me feel like actually they cared about my health.

This office and dr are completely out of their mind. I use to go to her but she is just such a horrible dr and experience was a TERROR!! Waited 6 hours just to see her! Who waits that long for a GYN!! I tried to still go to the internal med dr who works with her and they REFUSED my care because i don’t go to Tsapok anymore, i transferred my records!! Also they run some kind of insurance fraud Im convinced! They told my pregnant sister she needs to pay $300 out of pocket for an appointment but she’s pregnant and has Medicaid, they said they don’t except the Medicaid but they do, i know because my best friend goes to her and she excepts her Medicaid!! Run away from them!!! Disgusting receptionist, office manager(rude and nasty), and doctors!! Wish i can give them 0 stars.

4 hour wait times on a regular basis. Also she is under investigation for multiple fraud and malpractice charges. If you care about yourself, you will go elsewhere.

Terrible office with unacceptable 3 he wait time for a simple visit- and then a bait and switch where you do not even see an M. D Avoid this practice at all costs.

Run away from this office and doctor.

Dr. Tsapok saved my life! She always gives detailed explanations and her physician skills are amazing. She also always makes me feel comfortable.

Amazing physician and amazing staff!!! Everyone in this office is very helpful and attentive to all your needs. Dr. Tsapok is extremely knowledgeable be caring, her bedside manner is wonderful. The office staff from the receptionists to the manager are all very caring, they really make you feel like a family and not just a patient in an office. They just moved to a new location which is beautiful and very spacious. There's not enough good things to say about the office, staff, and about Dr. Tsapok herself!!!
