The office staff consistently does not answer the phone and also does not process referrals correctly or successfully. Two cataract surgeries had to be cancelled due to staff's ineptitude. Totally unresponsive and disinterested in customer service.

He is now in the Waterford Lakes area. He and his staff have been accessible, pleasant, and have gone above and beyond for my mom. Highly recommended.

My father has been a patient of Dr Caro for the past 12 year. We are very satisfied with Dr Caro's services. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains in detail, what treatment plan to follow. Both my father and I, highly recommend Dr Caro to our family and friends.

DR. Caro is a very good doctor. knows his patient by name . Plus he takes the time to answer your concerns.He listens. wait time is sometimes long. but he is concern about his patients health

I have known Dr Caro for about 7 yrs.He seems to be very experienced in what he does I have no problem with his experience only sometimes the wait in the office is too long.Explain everything to me. I would recommend him to anyone. follow up as needed

I have moved to Florida 6 years ago, and it took me 5 years to find a great doctor. Dr. Caro is the best, very courteous, explains diagnosis thoroughly, follows up. Only one problem the wait in the office is way to long. Although I would wait 3 hours to see him, he is totally worth it.
