The staff: lack of empathy, rudeness, uncooperative with a client. The Doctor: No effort to understand the concerns of the patient, recommended a medicine that had been recalled from the market for cancer causing elements. The Lab: Blood work compromised because it was left "unspun" for more than six hours. which apparently produces false results. Most importantly, never a call back after many attempts to contact him.

Dr Carrasquilla has been my doctor for over twenty years. He is one of the founding Doctors of Prime Care of Coral Gables. I look forward (it’s true!) to my annual and other appointments with Dr. C. Several of the employees, including the phlebotomist and some of the nurses, have been with Dr C since the inception of his practice. This fact suggests that they are fulfilled in their association with the Doctor. I have always received my lab results, scheduled appointments, answers to questions, and the calling in of Rx refills in a prompt manner. I always feel like Dr Carrasquilla not just hears what I say but listens to my every word. In addition, he asks the right questions, and takes into consideration the body-mind connection by asking me how things are going in my life. I would describe the bedside manner of Dr C as relaxed, focused, thorough and caring. When I leave his office, I always have the same thought; Dr Carrasquilla is living his life mission because he was put on… this earth to practice medicine and to help others. I have referred friends to Dr C. and they have all been very pleased with the care he has provided.

I just Wanted to thank you for the wonderful service you have provided me as my primary care doctor during all these years. Your knowledge, your dedication, keen eye, patience, and compassion along with your great sense of humor always make me feel relaxed and confident under your medical care.

Dr. Carrasquilla has been our family doctor for almost 20 years. His annual physicals are very thorough and he takes his time to understand the current health conditions. He provides a comprehensive explanation of the lab and test results and is readily available for medical advice as needed. He is an experienced professional and our trusted physician.

Dr. Carrasquilla is an excellent doctor. He is caring, patient, he listens and takes time to make sure you understand the issue. He is also a very kind person. Truly wish more doctors were like him. Our family have been going to him for years now and we are very happy with both him and the practice. The offices are clean, easy to reach and the ladies up front are very helpful and friendly. Wait times are normal, nothing outrageous.

A doctor who listens to the patient's health issues and with keen eye provides a diagnosis after a thorough examination, that is accurate and on point. He is great with the elders. My mother loved him he always made her feel better and now my aunt feels the same about him. Any person I recommend tells me how good of a doctor he is. I personally appreciate all the years at least 15 that I see him for different reason. I feel much better with the prescriptions that he recommends making sure I do not have any allergies associated with the medication and the like. Also he recommends very good specialist when and if necessary. He is a gentleman and a care physician... I trust his wisdom. He gets 5 star +

Dr. Carrasquilla really cares about his patients. He is approachable and thorough in his examination. Spends the necessary time, addressed problems and and answers all questions you may have. I feel lucky to have found him.

Dr. Carrasquilla is one of the most caring and involved doctors I have seen. He has a keen clinical eye and really understands the individual health issues.

Difficult to make an appointment, doctor is very busy.Waiting time during visit is 1 hour plus the time spend with the doctor.

Dr. Carrasquilla is a great doctor he is extremely curteous and caring for his patient.However because this office is so bussy it takes a while to see him, and the staff i TERRIBLE to say the least, i have been going here for 3 years and staff has always been my complaint.
