WOW,If you like inconsistent workers that are rude and disrespectful at the front desk a Doctor Who has health and mobility issues of his own and overall just poor medical care than this is the place for you.

Horrible attitudes toward patients for weight loss. They took a payment prior to Covid when I was seen and Theo didn’t have change so the girl got approval through the office to give me credit . A sign says that they are seeing patients (established) and I am but they aren’t seeing weight loss as I see many people in and out walking past me. I was treated rude and they snapped at me saying they don’t have my credit in file and the girl that gave it to me isn’t there anymore and basically kick rocks . Nah you took my money ! Your refusing services and won’t return my money back and treated me like crap along with there other staff members who has a history of having a mouth. I’m not taking this crap . I asked for my money because the way I was treated and won’t return then the little crap mouth says you will have to wait for Mary to get back . Clearly she’s miserable she shouldn’t be representing a company or the other employee yelling at me telling me I’m starting trouble for wanting… to leave the practice and get my money . Thieves absolutely and wow great rep of your company. Think I I interfered with their lunch time. Horrific business employees . I want my refund . They took cash no less wowi. I’m reporting you . Mary gave me last treatment. She needs to get rid of that staff besides the nice one at the window .

WHEN I MOVED DOWN HERE TEN YEARS AGO I HAD TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR ...I FOUND A LIST OF DOCTORS AND I PICKED DR. RAMOS..AND I LOVE HIM AND WOULD NEVER CHANGE DOCTORS. HE ISNT ONE OF THESE DOCTORS THAT 123 AND YOURE OUT..HE TAKES WHATEVER TIME YOU NEED AS A PATIENT AND HE IS SO EASY TO TALK TO AND REALLY LISTENS. THE PEOPLE ALSO HE HAS WORKING FOR HIM ARE GREAT...IN MY OPINION I THINK HE IS A FANTASTIC DOCTOR AND REALLY CARES FOR PATIENTS THANK YOU DOCTOR AND YOUR STAFF, MARY MATTEO

His nickname is due to the fact that over the last 3 years that I have been under his care, he shows up at the hospital at 2-3 am and is at the office sometimes as late as 8-9 pm. Really don't know when he sleeps but he is always checking in on his patients that are in the hospital or will stay open late at his office to try to care for his patients. He is always there for you.

Gave a thorough examiination to find the cause of my illness! Uses technology to assist him in diagnosis.

It's like a cattle call in that office! RUDE staff , Dr. DOES NOT do ANYTHING but sit behind a computer & punch in info ( with one finger I might add!) Both times my Mother has been there, he NEVER even examined her..nothing, nada..no looking in ears, throat, listening to heart, lungs..NORMAL procedures for a REAL DOCTOR...very sketchy office...will have insurance company find Mom a new physican!!!

DR. RAMOS IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR...NINE YEARS AGO WHEN I MOVED DOWN HERE FROM LONG ISLAND I FOUND HIM AND I HAVE BEEN WITH HIM AND WOULD NEVER CHANGE...AND THE PEOPLE IN HIS OFFICE ARE WONDERFUL TO

I found everyone to be excellent. I appreciate the phone call when you are ready to be seen. I hate sitting in an office for an hour and a half.

When I have an appointment...even though his practice is VERY busy... I feel as if I am the ONLY patient he has for the entire day.

he is a good Dr. , staff is great ,but when they give you an appointment they then call and say dont come in till they call you so you wont have to wait so long. so there goes your whole day then when you go in you still have to wait at least a couple hours
