Worst office ever. Repeatedly messed up appointments. You can't get anyone on phone to correct it!

Dr Rascon-Aguilar was amazing & extremely brilliant. So very pleasant to talk with and explains in great detail medical opinion and treatment options. Exceptional. My hero! I spent 10 long agonizing months in pain Dr after Dr, tests upon tests. 1 visit with him and I'm finally being treated and feeling well again. The entire staff I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. His assistant Veronica is A++ I'm a nurse of 45+ years. It is unheard of at this time and date to find someone so very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I told her she should be a trainer for "This is how you interact with a patient". Exceptional in everyway. Thank you so very much for the wonderful care

I cannot fully express my thanks to Dr. Rascon and his staff. He diagnosed ACNES which is a nerve trapped in my abdomen. My pain was (and is) very specific and limited my ability to sit, bend and eat. I had another doctor take out my gallbladder as they thought that might be the issue. I'm thankful to that doctor for trying. Day 3 after my surgery I still had this very specific pain but I waited another 2 months before seeing another doctor. That doctor was Dr. Rascon. He listened and we went through the possible causes. Food allergies, scar tissue, a muscle injury. And then his eyes lit up; he told me to lay down and put his finger on the spot while I did a crunch. That was the exact pain. He knew I had ACNES. Dr. Rascon not only found the cause of my pain on my first visit but he offered a simple solution. I think we were both amazed after my first Lidocaine injection. It worked and the pain completely disappeared. My thanks to him and Veronica will never be enough. This sounds… dramatic but it has helped me immensely.

This is the best doctor I have seen in the area. When I had a major health breakdown, he is the only one who understood the Cause and also provided what is pretty close to a Cure. He's a vital doctor to my health team, and I've learned so much from him about my condition.

Knowledgeable; up to date; thorough; aggressive treatment as indicated; very responsive to questions; does NOT conduct office visit with one hand on door knob attitude; able to communicate on individual's level.

I was sick for few months, He order some lab test and others test. After almost a Month still waiting for a phone call, for results, and yes still sick. I don't think he is the problem, he look very professional and right on the money and advice is helping me go thru this. I think the staff and nurse is the problem. I spoke to her in person , because she never answered my call or return a phone call ( Even I asked for help , because was a point that my stomach issue got out if control) she show me she care less. All that she said was the Doctor was really busy. Basic My problems or my condition wasn't important. Look like I wasn't a patient , BUT after a month I decide to get another doctor and Hopefully my situation get better. AGAIN Dr Rascan look like a great Doctor and he just maybe need better staff.
