Dr. Cardona is an amazing professional. She is genuinely caring and the most kind. I trust her and count on her with my health. The office staff is professional and friendly. The environment in the office is always welcoming. I love their caring service. The review stars rating does not compare to how grateful I am to her and the team.

La dra RCardona se preocupa por sus pacientes pero tiene un staff fatal y eso me hace tomar la decisión de dar esta calificación, si llamas nunca contestan, dejas mensaje y no devuelven la llamada, cuando llegas a la farmacia por las medicinas no han enviado las recetas , y al ingresar a la oficina tiene tienen a dos asistentes q tienen el peor customer service de toda la ciudad, este incluye actitud hacia el paciente, atención de primera mano, amabilidad, información . Espero q la Dra este mas atenta al personal de primera mano , por q aunque su servicio como médico es excelente . Sus asistentes dan mala imagen corporativa a su consulta.

THIS OFFICE IS HORRIBLE ANSWERING PHONES THEY DON'T GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO SAY ANYTHING AND JUST PUTS YOU ON HOLD FOR OVER HALF HOUR AND YOU CALL BACK AND THEY DO THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER VERY BAD SERVICE.

I have been a patient with Dr Cardona for the past 8 months. She treats her patients like family. She listens and gives you the time needed at your appointment. Staff is very friendly and courteous. The office is always clean and smelling nice. We need more doctors and offices like hers. Best regards, RSV
