I was referred by my GP shortly after I broke my neck...I was lucky to get an appointment on short notice by way of a cancellation...this guy is in demand because he is so very good....my appointment lasted 90 minutes...incredibly thourough review of all the tests I had had and then he poked and prodded and pricked and spoke and spoke with me..he explained everything....he explained his concerns and the things that I didn’t need to worry about...he ordered several follow up tests...I am and feel that I am in caring and highly competent hands...

Dr. Nazareth never seems to review his notes before an appointment so he makes mistakes often. Each appointment is as though its the first time he's seen you.

I feel like the Dr thought I was making up my symptoms saying they were not disableing and made light of the whole thing. I was very upset after my second visit, increase your medication and see you in six months. I had brought in some articles I could relate to I guess that was a mistake, I worked in the medical field for 30 yrs. and I don't quite know what was going on but these leg tremors have changed my whole life and this Dr. had no understanding at all.
