Dr. Ivy S Batos, DDS

Office staff (Lisa) called me to cancel appointment so I rescheduled. When that day came I was told no appointment. I was confused and tried to reschedule but was finally told I was sent to collection for $29. I reviewed my credit card stmt and it was paid. So all these silly games just for $29 which was paid. Very unprofessional women. I am a senior citizen and had been a current patient for 3 years and had paid thousands of dollars.

Bad office, messed up my teeth. The reviews here are all fake, look at the dates, they are within days of each other.

Dr Batos is caring, sensitive and does great work and follow up!

This week I had my 6 month cleaning done and it had a special significance, I am 38 weeks pregnant. Having said this, the office when above and beyond to accommodate me and make me comfortable. The hygienist was always making sure I was comfortable, and the front desk gave me some extra cushions for my back and neck. When Dr. Batos came in for the final assessment, she was personal with me, following up with questions from the previous visit's conversation. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist, but I have to say, that knowing I'm going to this office has given me much more ease than my past experiences. I would highly recommend this office!

After having a root canal that went bad, spending alot of money trying to save a tooth that was definitely not worth saving , I had Dr. Batos give me an implant. It was the easiest dental procedure I have ever had. She was kind, gentle, and very skilled . I am so happy I had that tooth removed and replaced with an implant. For me, that will be the way I go, if I ever have a tooth that goes bad. I tell all of my friends how easy and painless ist was, I am still amazed myself.

This is the second time I have visited Dr. Batos upon referral from my dentist. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by name, assisted with your coat and even offered a hot or cold drink. The office itself is so beautiful and the staff are an absolute joy to talk to. They make me so comfortable and I feel as if I am the only patient there. Dr. Batos is a true professional with a kind, caring and happy disposition. I just love her and after I had my procedure done she called me directly, not one of her staff, that evening to check on me and to make sure I was o.k. Not many doctors do that and I was very surprised. I would highly recommend here to anyone.

From the moment we called to schedule the initial consultation until our most recent visit, we have experienced nothing but professionalism from Dr. Batís and her staff. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the assistants are caring and comforting, and Dr. Batos herself is thorough and knowledgeable. After the procedure, she and the assistant went over the after care in detail. Dr. Batos followed up by phone that evening and then again the next day. We highly recommend Dr. Batos.

Dr. Batos and her staff took such good care of me! They are patient, understanding, and gentle. All my questions were answered. I tell my friends and family to go to her!

I recently went to the office of Dr. Ivy Batos when a friend told me she was so happy with her care. I will concur with my friend! Excellent care, help from a well trained staff and everyone is cheerful and caring. I had questions about the necessary treatment and about my insurance, helped with both by nice people. Thank you Dr. Batos! I will be recommending you to everyone I know who needs a periodontist or just a through dental cleaning.
