This doctor participates knowingly in fraudulent involuntary commitments. Which means she knowingly creates bogus documents & testifies in court on a bible its true. Don't believe it doesn't happen. I am a first hand witness. Don't expect her higher ups to do anything about it either, they are participants equally. Don't believe it can't happen!
