If you really value your mental health, go somewhere else. I came for help and instead Julie Furst tried to milk out my visits as much as possible. The focus was more on scheduling the next meeting rather than helping me. When I told her I was in urgent need of medication and couldn’t hold on for much longer, she suggested I go back to seeing my therapist and call her in 5-6 weeks. Absolute garbage. You can tell she had no idea how to help me and coming to her was an overall traumatic experience. If you need therapy please don’t settle for her. Talking to her gave me more anxiety. She was not comforting and seemed uninterested in even talking to me. By simply finding another psychiatrist I was able to be treated within 24 hours, genuine help with no time wasted. I suggest everyone else do the same.
