Dr. Jachi George Sun, MD

I have been seeing doctor Sun for past several years and has been very impressed by his knowledge . He is very knowledgeable and is very through in answering questions and explaining the treatment plans etc. I will highly recommend him.

Dr. Sun is an excellent doctor but the appointment desk and his nurse will NOT!!! RETURN CALLS!!! Even though they say 24 - 48 hours depending on the issue.. HORRIBLE!!! Just hope your do not have an emergency!

DOCTOR SUN, EXCELLENT SO FAR. HIS NURSE WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALL!! I LEFT MORE THAN 3 MESSAGES AND NOTHING! GUESS THEY DON'T WANT PATIENTS TO STICK AROUND.. PRETTY SAD!

I thought this was one of the greatest doctors I had ever met but unfortunately he has let me down. I recently had a colonoscopy, a Barium Enema, and an EGD. I explained to the doctor I was leaving the country and needed the results ASAP. 3 weeks should have been plenty of time. I was told when I woke up there were problems. NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING. What kind of doctor and office ignores their patients like this?

Staff will not return your calls so don't bother calling. My husband is waiting to hear on test results that were taken over a month ago... This was after calling several times. On his last call was told that Dr. Sun was on vacation so they had the "other" doctor read the results...he did not even bother to look at the chart because he told my husband to do something that Dr.Sun had already advised??? Scary to think that a doctor would be so off the cuff like that!!! We are moving on!
