Commits fraud. Does not evaluation then gives a false diagnosis based on what DHR wants to hear. DHR admitted this to me to my face that they send their false statements and allegations to him AFTER he sees you, which he only spends 10 minutes with you and spends the whole time asking you why you are even there. I work in the field and confirm 100% that his diagnoses are in fact, made up, with no DSM-V criteria at all.

His lab falsifies drug test results. How did my hair test positive for a drug but not the metabolites of the drug that would’ve also been present had I consumed it? I know for a fact I never used. This man ruined my life because he had a financial incentive for me to test positive. They’re super sketchy if you call the office try to get any information about their testing such as what lab they use, too.

Dr. Carney is a joke and a liar. He lied on my mental evaluation and said that I lied about being in the home when my husband passed away because my eyes dilated. The police have the reports saying that I was in another county & that they arrived before I even made it to the house. He also said that I needed to go to an impatient drug rehabilitation center because outpatient rehab wouldn't help me ?? It obviously helped because I've been clean since 2017 before I ever seen that clown. Don't waste your time with Jack, his education & life skills have miserably failed him. He also works for DHR & lies for them.

I had the misfortune of being referred to this office for testing. There are so many inaccuracies in the final report it is beyond troubling. This guy should not be in this field of practice.

I am so disappointed with this Dr I don’t even no where to begin, don’t go see him if you are looking for a correct diagnosis

Dr. CARNEY was in touch with my x wife a month before I was able to see him for my child custody case. My x and her lawyer feed him false and doctored documents that he took to be true and had a false perception that was not unbiased. He should not be allowed to be in the courts let alone have anything to do with the fate of children. He will say anything for the right amount of cash under the table.
