Dr. Jack H Casale

This dentist charged me for work that was never done. Supposed to be a root canal but he just rinsed the cavity several times and filled it with some plastic like material. He was rushed, nervous, sweating and stumbling over his own words. The whole thing lasted 5-10 minutes and none of the tools he set up were used. I went to another place that put my cap on and since then I have had excruciating pain in the area plus rotten smells and leakage, can not chew on it but still Dr Casale charged me for a full root canal. I contacted them and told them I wasn’t going to pay for work that he never done and now they put that fraudulent bill on my credit report for the service that has ruined my life. I am very disgusted by Jack Casale. Do not go to him for anything unless you want to be charged to ruin your life!
