Dr. Jack G Casini, MD

This man does not deserve to practice medicine. He is the absolute worst and most unsympathetic Doctor. I felt so humiliated, disregarded, and mistreated by this doctor and his condescending nurses. Absolutely disgusting behavior. He does not care about his patients whatsoever - all he sees are dollar signs.

This is the worst doctor in the world! He doesnt knock on the door before he comes in, doesnt have one ounce of bedside manners, and doesnt explain things in a way the patient can understand. I am a nurse and I know how important it is to create a relationship with your patients in order to build trust. This doctor doesnt understand that at all!!! Very short and cold. Staff was ok, but when I said I wasnt too happy with him they turned on me and became rude. I would not send my worst enemy to this doc!

I went 'average' across the board in rating, as we were treated kindly and courteously, and never experienced any arrogance as others stated. My beef is that after having two "partial" knee replacements, my husband, now 5 years later, needs both "Full" knee replacements. I am certain that if I take the pre-surgery x-rays/MRI's to another surgeon, they would diagnose that the patient needs 'total' replacements to begin with. No patient should go through two knee surgeries and then need the same surgeries again in five years. I can't help but assume this surgeon is putting his kids through college and is counting on 'repeat customers'. We are going elsewhere for the total replacements. Everyone touts the prestige of having a surgeon who graduated 'top of his class'. No one thinks about the fact that someone graduated at the bottom too.

Dr. Casini has zero bedside manor and acts like he doesn't care. The day after my surgery I was in so much pain (due to the fact that he didn't give me enough pain meds.) I had to go to the E.R. The nurses in the E.R. confirmed my hunch that I was under medicated. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THAT MUCH PAIN!!! Do yourself a favor and find a different Dr!

A terrible Doctor. Very arrogant and negative. After having major surgery by Dr. Casini he treated me poorly and unprofessional. Went to another Dr. who confirmed surgery failed. Bottom line not a good Dr.

Just got back from an appointment with Dr. Casini (my son had a tear in his PCL). Dr. Casini was pleasent, spent enough time with us and explained the options.

He is condescending and basically told me that i shouldn't have high expectations after my knee surgery, because I was not a spring chicken--I am 51 and not ready to be put out to pasture yet!

Dr. Casini was very thorough in reviewing my thumb injury and and explained all the options for surgery. He answered all questions to my satisfaction. The surgery was successful and in the post-op visits, he again answered all my questions. He is very direct and to the point and doesn't waste the patient's time.

Very disapointing, does not take time to talk with patient. He is always in a hurry and does not take the time to discuss problems with patients. His manner is very cold and he comes off very arrogant. I would never choose Dr. Casini as my treating Surgeon/Physician ever again. I wish I would have read other opinions before choosing Dr. Casini.
