Came almost 1000 miles to see this doctor. He spent 15 minutes with me and told me to go back home and see my NP? Huge waste of time and money. He might be a good doctor but not worth paying this much money and so much time for 15 minutes of fame!

Best GI Doctor! Great diagnosis and follow through. Not only is Dr. Jack a great doctor, but he has a wonderful staff as well. Whole experience and results were perfect! Thank you USA for a great hospital and having Dr. DiPalma training someone as capable as Dr. Mando. Thank you.

This man speaks condescending to his staff and his patients. Does not seem to communicate plan of care with his residents under him. Demanded to perform a painful procedure with no anesthesia even with patient begging for sedation. Failed to perform proper procedure after patient spent 2 days in an serious prep of no food and bowel prep. Degraded the patient by making condescending remarks regarding his heath. Patient was on medicaid which Dr Dipalma signed up to be a provider then ridicules his patient. Made light of patients complaints of a 18 year chronic illness. Even his staff expresses fear and discompfort with his demands and work ethic. Not the kind of person I would want to provide care for me!
