I was diagnosed with a branchial cleft cyst (looked like I swallowed a boiled egg and it got stuck sideways in my neck. My primary care doctor recommended Dr. Hsu and I made an appt. to see him. My husband and I were delighted to have met him--very courteous, professional and knowledgeable in this field. After preliminary tests were taken to ensure there was no infection, date was set for surgery. Like a dream... it went smoothly and successfully. The following week saw my stitches in neck removed (painless!) My husband and I have a very high regard for Dr. Hsu and the work he specializes in. Excellent staff in office as well!

Couldn’t possibly ask for a better ENT. Dr. Hsu was kind, professional, and explained everything thoroughly every step of the way. He clearly cares about his patients deeply, and it’s honestly such a refreshing experience to see a doctor who actually cares about you. I wound up getting a tonsillectomy as an adult and while it was miserable, he had fully prepared me for the rough recovery that is unavoidable with the procedure being done when older. Very worth it. His entire staff is also great and very prompt at answering/returning any phone calls. Highly recommend him!

I really like him, he is very personable, caring, straight forward, and just down right nice in general, not a fan of doctors, but he is definitely one to be a fan of. I know when my unborn grandkids need a ENT doctor for tubes, tonsils, etc I will recommend them to go to him <3

I saw Dr Hsu almost 3 years ago for sinus problems Had polys sinus areas and he cleaned out the whole sinus areas. He was very caring. Made sure he explained things so I could understand what he was saying. I highly recommend him if u have sinus problems Karen Martin Winchester Va

I have been to Dr. Hsu twice now. His ENT knowledge and customer service is world class. I highly recommend his services. His office staff are also extremely efficient and helpful.
