Dr. Jack Miletic, MD

1 star is too much for this guy. Not only did he prescribe UNNECESSARY treatment. When I tried to refused he became upset and basically berated me and stormed out by telling me I don't understand what he's saying ... when he's trying to tell me How much pain I'm in. After. My knee got infected. Maybe because he introduced a bug into my knee cavity via unsterile equipment or not cleaning my skin enough before injector ?! Who knows. And when I called him asking for help cuz I'm I'm pain. He basically chuckled and said he can't do anything about it. WHAT. I'm currently in the hospital. I've had 2 surgeries done on my knee and he had the AUDACITY to call me and ask for my next payment even tho I decided not to go thru with all the shots.... don't EVER go here. He doesn't even deserve his medical license. Arrogant. Doesn't care about patients. Only cares about not money.

I've met with Dr. Melitic a few times now and each time he has been absolutely amazing. His bedside manner and friendliness is tremendous and very easing but I also feel confident in his ability to give quality care.

My experience with this particular doctor was obviously not good. I felt forced into treatments I was insecure about, when I asked questions he became frustrated with me. The only thing I felt was done well was the back brace that was provided for me. Other than that, the staff was more interested in their own lives than taking care of me, and he found it more important to berate me for being "late" to a procedure I didn't know I was having done and informing me I was going to be charged for it even though it wasn't performed. I can only hope he doesn't treat other patients as horribly as I've been treated.

Dr Miletic has been my doctor for several years in National Pain Institute, Lee Rd, FLorida. Dr. Miletic is the kind of doctor that shows he cares about the patient and in a very Professional way provides information and recommends what he believes is the best option to treat my pain.

Best dr I have found...very professional, knowledgable, and sincere about treating his patients....I highly recommend him!

Dr. Miletic is the Medical Director, and a good doctor. The staff is nice and everything is done according to Florida pain management law.. However, forcing every patient to use their hidden drug testing lab behind the elevator, which is out of network, resulted in a $2,500 testing charge for one visit. After a credit of $700 from the insurance company, NPI's hidden lab is still demanding the $1800.00 from the very disabled patient on a fixed income. The tests would have been free at quest... Dr. Miletic, the buck stops with you, you are the medical director.. you know this is not right... make it right...

this is the worse doctor since he has taken over NPI his EGO is so out of check. He doesnt write anything u say. he simply lookS at you. In addition he could careless about your pain. There are other people there but he just became King and is acting like it. I have been having these problems since 1997. this is by far the worse experience I have ever had in my life I dont usually take Xanaz . MY doctor had to double it the last 3 mos because of him

Had been a patient for 4 years and felt well cared for, until late 2012. At that time a number of the original staff and several great physicians all left. Dr. M. is now "in charge" & took over my case. He started switching my meds, adding new ones reducing ones I had been taking for a long time that were working well. He made me and my family quite nervous....he is arrogant, doesn't want to listen to patient concerns re: treatments he is pushing, talks over you and at you. I feel sorry for older folks who have to deal with him. And, yes, he does make inappropriate comments to women.
