Friendly and very knowledgeable! Helped my daughter with her acne And she feels so much more confident now!

Dr. Murphy is cool, calm and collected. He is never rushing you and does a great job treating my acne and rosacea. He is the perfect doctor!

Unfortunately, our family will not be choosing to meet the doctors in this practice due to the rude and unprofessional office staff. An appointment was booked for our daughter 2 weeks ahead of time and all insurance information given over the phone. Once the appointment day arrived, I called to verify the time etc and then my husband took off work, checked our daughter out of school and arrived to a bossy receptionist stating she could NOT be seen without an insurance card having her name on it. None of which was EVER mentioned on the two previous phone calls. They wouldn’t accept a fax, email etc. of the card. My husband had to leave with a sad teen looking forward to some skin care help. When calling back to voice my disappointment and question the turn away my husband received, I was again treated rudely. I asked why he couldn’t of paid the cash price instead of being turned away because of a physical card and the response was, “He didn’t ask that.” Horrible horrible business… practice!! Our family will tell everyone we know NOT to give this business the time of day! Very sad for the doctors who work in this office. However, lots of great dermatologists in closer proximity to us.

Dr. Murphy took the time to actually listen to my condition, create a plan of action with open communication to me the whole time, and did not ever leave me in the dark. I recently had skin cancers removed and am thankful for his attention to detail. He is a warm, Christian man and a very competent surgeon. I am proud to call him my Dermatologist.

Went in for a much postponed complete body exam (I'm prone to cancer), it was my first one and I didn't know what to expect. He only checked my arms, head, neck, legs, and feet, I didn't remove so much as my blouse, much less my panties. My husband was furious when I told him, he had three exams and all included a brief period of nudity. We're nearing 70 years old and our PCP's told us we both needed them badly, my husband is going to choose a different Dr. for his and will then send me to that same Dr. We really feel cheated with this exam,

I trusted Dr. Murphy, he helped rid my son if his acne. So when I experienced problems with my scalp, I contacted Dr. Murphy. Unfortunately my experience was bad. I saw Dr. Murphy for one year. I was experiencing burning, sores on my scalp and hair loss. Month after month I went in for scalp injections and light treatment but it didn’t get better. I am a black woman and Dr. Murphy insisted that my scalp problem was because of my hairstyle...”locs”. I refused to accept this as an answer. After 11 months of treatment with no resolution, I asked Dr. Murphy to try something else. Dr. Murphy told me that I should find another doctor. Distraught, I did just that. The doctor did a biopsy on my scalp and it turns out that I have an autoimmune disease called Licen Planus. I have received treatment and my hair is growing. I believe that Dr. Murphy dismissed condition Because he is not sure how to deal with skin of color. I will never return

Dr Murphy was very knowledgable and attentive to what I wanted. His staff was courteous and I had an easy time getting an appointment .

I am a female in my 50s. I have been a patient of Dr. Jack Murphy for over 25 yrs. I am very pleased with his competence, experience & latest laser equipment for aesthetics. I would recommend Dr. Murphy for general dermatology as well as cosmetic products such as Juvaderm & Botox. He has also performed several surgical procedures with excellent results leaving no scars.
