Jack Pieniazek, DO

At first he was great and worked with me, helpful and listened to my concerns. I was having pharmacy issues filling a med and asked for a PA, he just stopped prescribing it to me altogether and disrupted my continuity of care when I'd been taking it for yrs. It felt retaliatory, tho he gave a different excuse. 'I don't prescribe that for X' when he'd been prescribing it for over a year— like he wasn't paying attention then asking for help made him realize or something. Irritating experience, still I'm polite and not a 'problem patient'. I've gotten the runaround a few times since for other things, telling me to go to someone else for this and that. It's not a narcotic or anything, just a fairly common med. Now they've denied multiple refill requests for other meds and can be rude when I inquire about why. Decent Dr until you ask for help with meds, then you feel blacklisted and they make things difficult.

Dr. Jack is an excellent physician and his office runs professionally. Dr Jack and his staff saved my special lady's life. It does not get better than that. David Layton

Moved back to Texas and needed a Family doctor. I also needed referrals for specialist, so I went in for my initial visit and was impressed by Dr. Pieniazek's manner, questions, comments and actions. I went out to the lab for some blood-work and he came out to me to give me the referrals I requested. WOW! And then I received a call the next day with the test results and because my blood pressure has been running around 160-170, he requested I monitor my blood-pressure for 2 weeks and come back in 2 weeks. They set up my appointment and asked if I had any questions. So far... I'm impressed.

Doctor does not call patient back.

Dr Jack -- is GREAT! First, he was recommended by another Doctor (always a good thing).Every appointment with him (or one of his staff) has been easy to make.He has always taken all of the time we needed. He LISTENED FIRST! Then made his recommendations. My questions and suggestions have always been welcome and seriously dealt with.When I have had tests, he always called with the results and his recommendations. I highly recommend Dr. Jack Pieniazek to you if you want a caring and professional physician!.
