Dr. Hsieh received a Bachelor of Science at Harvard University studying Human Evolutionary Biology and Health Policy. She received her Medical Degree at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and subsequently completed her pediatrics training at Hasbro Children’s Hospital and the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University. She graduated from the T.H. Chan School of Public Health at Harvard University with a Master’s in Public Health. She completed a fellowship in General Academic Pediatrics at Boston Children's Hospital. She has published and presented work on immigrant health, global health, community advocacy, and primary care.

We just met Dr. Jackie for the first time at Newton Wellesley and could not be more happy with the care she provided for our new baby. We are looking forward to a long relationship with her.

I just found out Dr. Jackie left Boston Childrens Hospital and now is at Pediatrics at Newton Wellesley. I'm taking my 3 kids to Newton to continue seeing her even though it is out of the way!

Dr. Jackie is so unbelivably thoughtful and caring. She always explains things to me fully about my baby and takes time to build a bond with my baby. When I heard Dr. Jackie was leaving to go to a practice in Newton, we were so sad and my son gave her a big hug! We love Dr. Jackie so much that we decided to follow her to Pediatrics at Newton Wellesley even though the commute is further. Having a pediatrician who cares as much as Dr. Jackie is amazing! We are so lucky!

I'm sad Dr. Jackie is leaving Boston Childrens. She has done so much vouching for me and twin babies. I love Dr. Jackie! She is the best!

When other brushed off my concerns, dr. Jacie listened and helped us and really saved my sons life with a diagnosis of cancer that is now being treated!

I absolutely love Dr. Jackie. She has taken care of my baby boy since he was born. I love her so much that I'm going to follow her to her new practice in Newton.

Told Dr. Hsieh symptoms my baby was having and she brushed it off as being a new mom (I'm not a new mom, this is my second child. Although, this should not matter). She told me everything was normal. Had I listened to her, who knows what could have happened. My baby is now in the nicu for said symptoms. I would not reccomend this doctor.

Very unpleasant and rude doctor. Would not allow such a doctor to be around a child patient. Her manners are condescending and disrespectful.
