The staff is not organized. They said that my insurance which is not in network yet, please come back next week, then They are make appointments for me, but when I come they tell me to call my insurance to verify again. That is a nightmare. They should be tell me at the first visit.

Just they do basic information

This is a horribly disorganized and unprofessional medical office. The nurses and doctors take no time to actually listen to you and your concerns and are quick to “diagnose” you with the most convenient explanation. There is no privacy in the office and they will discuss your information with you in font of every one. Recently I was trying to get doctors authorization for a prescription refill and I called/left messages for 3 days before I actually got someone on the phone. Wallgreens sent over multiple faxes and messages and still no response. I could go on about how awful my experience was; please do not trust these people with your health!!

I have had the worst experience with this office. I had to wait 1 hour before I was called in. The front office staff have poor English skills and office is dirty and not well ventilated. There is no privacy at all. They take my bp readings in the hall with many other patients around. Poor communications and poor English. My daughter received a shot and the girl didn’t wear gloves. The doctor examined me without washing her hands before or after. Never go back. Also they like to refer patients to their group of their own doctors and when I asked for them to send my order to different office they refused. I believe that’s against the law. It’s the anti-kickback law.

This is the worst Doctor i have encountered my whole life. Regretfully, i ignored all the bad reviews i read online about her, they are all true. I wasted a month waiting for my insurance to be effectively transferred to her service but i got no service from this health care professional. She’s very unhelpful, blunt and dismissive. After waiting for her for over an hour, she told me the insurance wouldn’t pay for my keloids since it’s a cosmetic procedure but i had it done before under the same insurance, how ironic. She disappeared rigyt after telling me about my problems without sending me off the front desk, leaving me waiting foolishly for her in the room.

Horrible office.

1) She is incredibly rude, lacking in any care or attentiveness. She makes you feel like you're an inconvenience for taking time out of her day. 2) She will make you come back 3 times to discuss 3 issues, because she gets to bill extra for each visit. She won't do anything over the phone, anything whatsoever even a prescription refill on something always prescribed, without an office visit for this same reason. Everything is about money; nothing is for the betterment or ease of her patients. 3) When I got my medical records after transferring, I found out she had taken all of 3 pages of notes (and I have a very complex medical situation) over more than 6 months. She basically paid NO attention whatsoever. 4) Neither she nor her staff respect the privacy of patients (doors are left open, confidential matters are discussed in open hallways as well as at the front desk and via phone where everyone in waiting room can hear.) 5) Her office is filthy. And no one speaks English well.

Dr. Do was very dismissive of my concerns. I don't have health insurance and had to pay $45 for a visit that lasted only 5 minutes in which she didn't tell me anything I didn't know already. She just told me to get bed rest and wait out my fever. Will not be returning to this office and will not recommend her to others. I was feeling sick and this bad experience did not help.

This visit was for my initial medical assessment, since I came to HMO from PPO.She was courteous, professional and understanding. She answered all my questions in an easy-to-understand way.My first impression about her was excellent.
