Dr. Jacob John Choi, DO

I would leave zero stars if I could. After each injection (total of two) my condition was more painful, not less. I found Dr. Choi’s bedside manner to be rude as well as condescending for legitimate medical questions and concerns with worsening lain post injection, Most importantly I had to undergo surgery and the findings of that report have me strongly questioning both Dr. Choi’s technique and sterility. Go elsewhere. I paid my bill, but would have preferred not to. I am thankful I did not allow this office to perform my surgery. Surgical report/ Findings: Dense calcification associated with the right L5 nerve root consistent with scar tissue for epidural steroid injections. On the right side, there is noted to be abundant calcified granular tissue which is thought to be consistent with detritus from an epidural steroid injection.
