Dr. Jacob Andrew Moore

Joyful Beginnings delivered my 2nd child in 2006, I just moved to Oklahoma from Florida and was roughly about 7 months pregnant. They were not that organized they acted like I had no idea how far along I was and treated me like a dog in the pound. I never saw the same doctor and all in all it was a nightmare. So when I became pregnant with my third and final child I shopped around and judging by convenience in location and location to the hospital I would be delivering at I decided to go back to Joyful beginnings and take a chance. I am so very glad I did, Dr. Jacob Moore was so sympathetic and very understanding to my pregnancy needs and since I was a high risk he called me in between my appointments just to make sure the baby and I were doing okay. He delivered my son c section and kept me calm when he came out blue low temp and not breathing. He also preformed my tubal and made jokes to keep me laughing during the procedure so I wasn't so stressed about my boy He also checked on me… multiple times while finished my stay in the hospital. His bedside manner his ability to make sure your prescriptions were filled by his office before the weekend and his overall compassion for his job and patients were unforgettable. He and his wife were desperately trying to conceive a baby when I saw him, I can only hope they were able to make that happen.

Started to research this Dr. after finding out he will be replacing our OBGYN at OU-Edmond... after trying his old practice-- then calling the board of medicine-- we found out he recently plead guilty to using another doctor's name to write numerous perscriptions for controlled dangerous substances. -- This info is public record from the board of medicine for $10. Definitely worth doing your research-- I would not want this guy taking care of me or my unborn baby!!!

I love Dr. Moore! He delivered my 1st child & it was the best experience ever! He was patient, generous, welcoming, & wonderful!!!!! Where are you Dr. Moore!? I'm pregnant again & don't want anyone else to deliver him!!!!

I LOVE this dr! He delivered my doctor and has been my obgyn for about six years!! He is no longer practicing under Saint Anthony hospital and I need to know asap where he has moved too!!!

My main complaint would be that he dropped me as a patient. For whatever reason he left for over a month and his staff could not tell when he would be back. There was no other information concerning his whereabouts.

Dr. Moore is the best obgyn I've every had. He has taken care of and has helped take control of my pcos and I am not pregnant with my first child. :) He really is a great doctor and a great guy.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Moore! He was polite and welcoming. He didn't rush me through my appt. He listened and gave me his advice and treatment plan. I have never been so comfortable with an OBGYN!

Looking for a doctor that will listen to what you are saying about YOUR body, this is your man! I am so thankful I was referred to him. He listens and wants to get to the root of your problems, not drain your pocketbook. I have never been so comfortable with a male doctor as I have been with Dr. Moore! Thank you Dr. Moore, you have truly changed my life!

Dr. Moore delivered my 4th child. He was wonderful! I had moved here and did not know which Dr. to go to but am very happy that I chose him!
