Dr Sheff is an amazing and caring Dr. Listens and gives us time. The nurse that administered my son's shots was awesome. She made my son relaxed and smile, when we typically have tears- well done!

There was bias about her eating and activity level because of her barely above normal BMI. It's shocking to hear BMI is even a factor in analyzing health with an 8 y.o in rapid growth cycles. I had mentioned we offer healthy options but she doesn't eat them as I had answered "No" to the servings of fruits and veg. The conversation that followed (and clinical notes In her chart) was unnecessary. It was based a lot in assumptions that she drinks sugary drinks and snacks too often and eats "junk food". None of which is actually true or was mentioned. I tried to clarify that yes she'll have a sugary drink once or twice a week. But that we keep them and "junk" to a minimum but not at zero. It did not deter the conversation.

I appreciated that his doctor was up to date on what allergy studies were coming out so he knew what I was referring to when I asked about changing his current medications to avoid the problems the study talked about.

We love providence health and service staff for being kind and supportive

We love Dr. Sheff and every one of the staff members. From the scheduling people, to the folks at the front desk, to the medical assistants, we have never been met with anything other than kindness, professionalism and knowledge. We are so lucky to have Dr. Sheff. He makes my kids feel safe and is so thorough in his care. Just a really great doctor and a kind man.

We had an excellent experience at this visit for of my daughter's cold. The provider was not our usual provider, but he provided outstanding care and answered all of my questions. Everyone, including the staff and nurse, was very kind and helpful to us. Thank you!!
