I never ever want to deal with the office staffs anymore. The office mishandled my insurance claim, and I still have the same issue after several months. It doesn't seem they know how to fix the problem. Moreover, they are not willing to help the patient at all.

Called Dr. Appiah’s office on a Wednesday morning for a script refill that was needed by Saturday, they failed to fill it and also failed to try and fill the right script. No communication on what was going on. Once friday night came, still no refill, called the on call doctor 7 times between friday night and sunday afternoon, no phone call back. Called first thing Monday morning to have it filled once and for all and once again, poor communication and lack of urgency. We did finally get it filled. This was not the first time this has happened. We will be looking for another health care provider.

Easy to talk to, friendly, listens to what you are saying. You don't feel rushed and that can be a bad thing, she treats all her patients the same so you might have to wait a bit. She is worth the wait.
