its easy to write about someone else, but what about when we are written about. Sometimes i have to give the benefit of the doubt because these issues she was being engulfed by did not make her a bad person, but someone making unfruitful decisions. I say that to say, she also did things many doctors wouldnt do, and I made note of that. Sometimes the pressures in life gets the best of us. There was a lot of confusion which cost me a lot of cma to reverse any effects from it, but I wasnt tottally blindsided by it after our first session. Hope to see you again Dr.C.-RC

This Dr requires pre-payment before online appointments. I paid $175 on the day of the scheduled appointment. I then found out after she missed the appointment and I tried to contact her numerous times that she had her medical license suspended. I tried to email and call to have her refund my Money after she did not return my calls or emails, I disputed the charge with My Bank. She Had it reversed somehow because they usually always side with the merchants in a dispute. It’s crazy how she will go to the effort of trying to keep my money, But cannot even return phone calls or emails to any of her Patients that she ripped off. If she does ever practice medicine again. You have been warned.

Just FYI to those long “standing patients” of dr curtis’ with the positive reviews that she quite frankly doesn’t deserve, most of us who have complained are new patiwnts (if you would read better) she deliberately made new appointments with us, knowing she was ill, and left us in the dark for weeks. Do yu guys know how dangerous it is to leave a psychiatric patient without medication? Ppl’s lives were on the line and her gross negligence could have srsly harmed someone. Also, my other docs always have someone on call and seeing their patients while they have unexpected issues. The fact that she didn’t is sketch in itself , nuff said guys

I was a patient of Dr Curtis at the Clarity Clinic Telemedicine for over 2 years. Although I am disappointed that she was not more open with her situation to her patients, she may be not be able to speak about it. But I do have to defend her Against some of these reviews, I honestly do not believe she had bad intentions or was a scam at all! And I do not believe all of these people would have continued seeing her if she was scamming them. Although she is a Dr she is also a human being that obviously has some type of mental health or substance issue and I hope she is able to get the help she needs, but I’m a pretty good judge of Character and I would have not continued to be a patient for over 2 Years if she was a scammer.

I was a patient of Dr Curtis at the Clarity Clinic for Close to 2 years. I did notice something was just off about her like she was either over medicated, or extremely depressed. My appointments were every 3 months and she mentioned that she would be in Europe caring for her Sick Mother. That was obviously a lie and she might me hard to get ahold of. Now It all makes sense with the license suspension. Although I am disappointed in the situation and how it was handled on a professional level that one would expect, I do believe she is a very knowledgeable Dr and did not have bad intentions or meant to Scam Anyone, I honestly think she is dealing with some

I am so disappointed with what has happened. She knew her license was getting suspended and couldn’t tell her patients. Instead she continued making appointments and encouraging me to start a new treatment. She then stopped responding to messages.

Completely missed our last scheduled appointment without notifying me. Hasn’t returned phone calls or emails. Tried to contact her for several weeks before my missed appointment because the pharmacy my prescription was sent to did not have the medication in stock. It appears that her medical license has been suspended.

Over medicated my kid and now has lost her license. Beware of this Dr if she ever gets her license back.

She is a shame to medical profession. Over medicated my Granddaughter. Fraud

Dr. Curtis, I am very concerned and frustrated. You suddenly cancelled our last scheduled appointment last minute and with no explanation. You have not returned my phone calls, or responded to my voicemail or these messages. Today is day 4 without my prescription - a medication that is necessary for me to function that I have been taking regularly for the past 6+ years. Then I saw that other people had written reviews over the past 3-4 weeks that they had also been unable to contact you and have also been forced to go without their medication suddenly and unexpectedly. After some brief investigating, I have now discovered that your medical license is apparently suspended and if I'm reading this correctly, you are not even legally allowed to practice medicine or write prescriptions at this time. This didn't happen overnight. You had plenty of time to give your patients a head's up that you would be unavailable and that they would need to prepare other accommodations to ensure… that they would continue to get their necessary treatment in your absence. What you did instead was you lead your patients to believe that they will be able to continue getting consistent treatment under your care, only to abandon us unexpectedly and without any explanation. You scheduled appointments that you knew you would not be able to make, then cancelled them just hours before they were supposed to begin, and proceeded to completely ignore all attempts at communication by your patients. Your patients are now forced to scramble to locate another doctor that is accepting new patients and in the meantime, we are deprived of the medication that was prescribed to us to treat a condition that significantly impairs our ability to function. This is beyond unprofessional and unethical.
