I have been a patient of Dr. Folks for years. She was also my Mothers Doctor when she was alive. I would like to give a prime example. Before my second visit with my Pulmonologist, Dr. Folks informed me of a benefit I was eligible for. When at the Pulmonologist he stepped out and came back to inform me he was going to make me aware of this benefit and saw that Dr. Folks had already done so. Dr. Folks is very concerned and always try to talk me out of bad decisions. I have a great deal of respect for her and am blessed to be in her care.

I never feel rushed by Dr Folks. She spends adequate time with me and addresses my questions.

After several years of having Dr. Folks as my doctor, I am now looking elsewhere for care. At this point I feel like I am diagnosing myself and just going to her for medications. She rushes through her time with me, never knows me from one visit to the next and doesn't give me a chance to talk about other issues before she is up and back out the door. I have had to follow her down the hall asking questions. Never again.

Dr. Folks is very quick I can get in and out in an hourOne time I got blood work done in 30 min. including travel time from and to work!

Doctor Folks is terrific! She took her time and actually listened to me. Once she heard me, she explained everything to me and told me that there was no magic pill to cure my weight issues. She's worked with me over 2 years and I am back healthy again. I probably wouldn't be alive if it weren't for her.

I am very unhappy that I called and left a message on day 1, called back on day 2 after hearing nothing and then hearing nothing back on this day. I am experiencing some severe personal problems that are affecting my health and I needed advise- will not feel comfortable continuing to be a patient of Dr. Folks- I have excellent insurance and fortunately am able to seek better medical care.
