Dr. Jacqueline Laboe Garda, DO

Dr. Garda is great in sales and marketing as she "sounds great" making her come across personable and warm. Throughout this year, I've had repeat appointments for check-ups and sonograms and I have got to say she's forgetting how to be a doctor because she's too busy building her empire. She's stretched very thin, her patience is easily busted and depending upon your insurance... is the level of treatment, respect and time you will receive. If you want her skills, you'd better show up with amazing insurance, otherwise she will throw your insurance in your face at each visit. You wait longer in the lobby for the "scheduled" appointment, than you actually do with Dr. Garda. She overbooks herself, she may be knowledgeable, but she does not give you knowledge of what's going on. (Again, you're judged and treated based upon your insurance type) I have seen the change over the course of this year. (2022) I am an individual that is concerned and would like to learn more about my situation,… but she never has time and I always leave for home to question Dr. Google. Like I have mentioned in the beginning, she is great at sales. Those of you reading this in sales (especially call-center sales) know to mirror your customer. She will fake concerned, but will also quickly dismiss your concerns as well ss she will continue babbling about other parts of your visit. She's great at redirecting negative questions, controlling the conversation the way she wants it to go so she can close the conversation to make her quick escape. She speaks quick and will talk herself out of the room leaving no room for questions. She is a master at this and personally, I need someone to fill the conversation with less "auto-pilot" from patient to patient and with much more substance. I know some of you reading this have had parents that will say "Do this" and if you questioned why, their go-to response would be "because I said so." As a child, you'd like more reasoning. Same with any adult, if the doctor finds and tells you they "found something wrong, but not to worry, you'll be fine" the moment you question Dr. Garda about what could be wrong, how to fix it or prolong the issue, she's very dismissive just like "that parent" that I mentioned by shutting you down stating, "I told you, you'll be fine." She's visibly and audibly discouraged if you have any type of questions that go outside of how "she planned" your money-making quick visit to be. I am highly disappointed in her and it was my fault for trusting her. Do yourself a favor, learn from my MULTIPLE bad experiences and look else where.

Dr. Garda is one of the most amazing, compassionate individuals I have ever met. She gives every patient all the time she needs without seeming put out if it puts her behind schedule. She truly listens to her patients and seeks out innovative ideas and novel therapies to help her patients live their best life. My only regret is not finding Dr. Garda sooner!

I enjoyed having garda as my obgyn very nice, doesn't make anything uncomfortable, understanding.. I have recommended her to several friends & I hope to have her again for my current pregnancy! ð???ð???
