Dr. Desitter is an extraordinarily caring and conscientious physician. She takes time to fully understand both her patient's condition and concerns so as to apply her excellent skills and experience to help restore and maintain her patient's health and well being.

Dr. Jackie is a wonderful caring woman. She has helped my whole family over the years, as my mothers general prac doctor she has felt incredibly cared for going to her.

Dr. Jacqueline is so kind and thoughtful when coming to visit her office. She always remembers what’s going on in your life and loves to hear about it.

Dr. Krock's bedside manner meant the world to me as I was navigating very vulnerable health challenges. Thanks to her I felt really taken care of and got all of my questions answered thoroughly. The exams and details of follow ups were clear and I was able to have my issues resolved!

I have worked with Dr. Krock for a number of years and have always had very pleasant experiences. Dr. Krock has always been accessible for an in person appointment when necessary, and follows up via the telephone when appropriate. Her diagnoses have been spot on and treatments reasonable and effective: her physician referrals for out-of-scope ailments have been to very well experienced and caring associates. I have been very happy with Dr. Krock's care and fully recommend her. She is a caring and well experienced doctor that focuses on the patient with full attention.

Dr. Krock is a physician with a rare combination of medical expertise and extraordinarily conscientious care and concern for her patients. She is accessible, responsive, gives close attention to her patients' medical complaints and is unusually supportive. She has provided treatment to me, my wife, our oldest son (in his 40's) and several friends to whom I have recommended her. I especially like her willingness to explain her thought processes and alternatives in treatment in a collaborative conversation with her patients. As a psychotherapist in private practice I have been pleased to refer some of my clients who needed medical care to Dr. Krock.

Dr. Krock provided treatment for a family member suffering from a viral condition. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and her follow-up care was outstanding. We felt she really cared about both the effectiveness of the treatment, and how my family member was feeling about the treatment. She called numerous times during the course of treatment to make sure all was going well. I would highly recommend Dr. Krock!

My wife and I have been patients of and consulted with Dr. (DeSitter) Krock for many years.  During that time, she has provided us with excellent services directly via her internal medicine specialties as well as referrals for osteo and spinal issues. Specifically, she was instrumental in connecting me with a top notch shoulder surgeon and my wife with a neurosurgeon, both of whom performed well needed surgeries. Further, Dr Krock has successfully treated us, as well as family members, for items like infections, blood disorders, and other urgent care needs. We have always found Dr Krock to be accessible, knowledgeable and patient. We have also found her billing practices to be reasonable and efficient.  We totally recommend Dr Krock as either a family physician or in connection with her internal medicine specialties.
