If I could put more stars than 5, I would. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Muller and her staff. My mother and sister both developed such severe dry eye that it impeded their lives catastrophically. They had pain all day and could not enjoy any activities nor work. I really didn't know what the future held for them. My sister could have become vision impaired if this situation had continued. Making matters worse, many opthamologists do not understand dry eye....they simply recommend refresh drops that don't help when the situation is complex nor severe. My sister lives in Canada and even the dry eye specialists she had seen for 2 years there could not help her. She flew to NY to see Dr. Muller after reading an article she wrote in a journal, and that was the best move she could have made. Dr. Muller has helped both of them become pain free and resume their daily activies - my sister can work, and my mother can enjoy her life. It takes work to treat such severe conditions - one… has to adhere strictly to the regimen Dr. Muller recommends. They did it though, and Dr. Muller got them both out of the worst pain imaginable. In addition to being such a talented, smart and efficient dr that is above and beyond most drs I have seen, Dr. Muller truly cares about her patients. She is positive, encouraging, warm, gives solid directions, and works with any situation she encounters (for example, my mother is in a wheelchair and they accommodate whatever she needs). In addition, her staff is stellar. She works with a team of smart, involved assistants who can answer any and all questions about treatment. It is an absolute pleasure to go to her office. If one is in pain, Dr. Muller and her staff are an absolute blessing. My mother, my sister and I highly recommend Dr. Muller's office.

After a month of treatment I am beginning to see improvement in my dry eye syndrome thanks to Dr Muller’s excellent professional care . I have been desperate for help and fingers crossed that She and her excellent staff will relieve this life changing condition . I am optimistic about the future thanks to Dr Muller

I had suffered with dry eyes for many years prior to becoming a patient of Dr. Muller over 10 years ago. Although I had seen other opthamologists, not one took the comprehensive approach assessing all variables that Dr Muller did in diagnosing and effectively treating my dry eyes. As a medical professional myself, I highly recommend Dr. Muller as truly outstanding and superior above anyone else.

Three months ago I had my first appointment with Dr. Jacqueline Muller and had the best experience I have ever had in a doctor’s office. She is by far the most thorough, most knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. She also listens, understands and is empathetic. Most importantly, I have had tremendous improvement with my eye issues since I have been under Dr. Muller‘s care. This, by the way, had not been the case with the seven other ophthalmologists I had previously seen. My experience with Dr. Muller and her staff has been far superior as compared with that in any other physician’s office. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Muller. When I told her how long I was suffering from dry eye and possible allergies, she was quick to diagnose and treat the problem. After a few months, I was able to ditch the allergy meds and saw the results I was going for. She’s very skilled in her line of work, saw a significant change since I started coming here. She’s a great doctor, would highly recommend her practice to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Muller for over 20 years. She is an outstanding physician- incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, committed and caring. She is highly respected by all of her peers and is their go to person for her expertise. A bit expensive, but worth every penny. You won’t find a better doctor anywhere. Highly recommend.

I am so happy that I found Dr. Muller. I had been asking around for quite a while and three different people told me about her. I have never been to such a nice, smart, thorough physician. She asked all the right questions, listened to my answers and has all the technology that was needed to finally make the proper diagnosis for my problem. For the last couple of months I have been following the treatment Dr. Muller outlined for me and it’s truly a miracle how much better my eyes feel. To my surprise I even see better now. As a plus, her staff is incredibly upbeat, helpful and knowledgeable. I wish all my other doctors‘ offices were this pleasant and well run.

Dr. Muller is wonderful and so good at what she does. She’s an extremely knowledgeable and skilled physician AND she’s a lovely person. I genuinely enjoy talking with her.

My optometrist, dentist and internist all said that Dr. Muller is the best ophthalmologist and they were right! She is the perfect blend of professional, personable, knowledgeable and caring. She spends time explaining and educating which made me very happy, and made me feel comfortable and confident. She has definitely earned the reputation she has built. Highly recommend.

Grateful to have found Dr. Muller! I have been having problems with my eyes for years and have already seen eight other ophthalmologists with no improvement. On my first visit with Dr. Muller she performed very specific diagnostic tests, some of which were covered by my insurance, others which were not, but all of which helped to pin down the proper diagnosis. I left Dr. Muller’s office finally feeling like I understood my problems and feeling very hopeful that I would now be on the road to recovery with the treatment laid out. It is now four months after I first visited Dr. Muller's office and I cannot begin to tell you how much better my eyes feel. So happy to have found Dr. Muller.
