Dr. Jacqueline Panish, PhD

My life has changed since I started seeing her she allows me to see myself in a way that I didn’t even know was possible. Coming from a a upbringing lacking in introspection and seeing me as a person... I am truly learning to heal and live a life of unlimited possibilities

I do not use this word in the title I've chosen lightly. Dr. Panish takes excellent care of her patients. Her office waiting room is warm and has a homey feel to it. The lights are dimmed, not too bright, but not dark either. When she opens the door and invites you in through the entry way to her main office, there's a white noise machin so that there's complete privacy even though both doors are separated by twelve or so feet. There is never anyone there in the waiting room when I arrive either. Her therapy office is warmer than the waiting room.The attention given to the atmosphere for the comfort of her patients goes unmatched. She does not, will not talk about herself EVER! If you ask her questions like, "how are you?", she simply smiles and says, "this is about you and for you". Her attention to detail about me is astonishing. She quickly gets me a bottle of water, and as she sits, she doesn't take her eyes off of me. She takes special note of my body language, facial tics and… expressions. she locks in on me becoming in tune with who I really am inside and out, but it takes total transparency on my behalf. This is where the real work begins, teamwork so to speak. She helps me see things, discover things about myself I didn't know with the goal to help me understand them. I can't say enough about her honesty. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Panish if you want, need help. She cares for me, but with the utmost professionalism. Never in my life have I felt safer or trusting anyone like I do her. I've worked with her for five years and it's the hardest work I've ever done for myself. Learning to truly love myself starts with the therapy she provides. Look her up and read what she specializes in. Read everything she says. You will not be sorry you did it.
