Saw for a physical as a new patient (charges 4 times the Medicare rate). Several months later, call to request a referral for a dermatologist. Get transferred 3 times. Leave a message with the "referral desk". No one calls me back. One month after that same thing: Call to request a referral for a dermatologist. Get transferred 3 times. Leave a message with the "referral desk". No one calls me back. Found a general surgeon on my own who just happened to have a cancellation and could see me same day. And same day a biopsy was sent to pathology. Came back positive for melanoma. Call Skvaril's office again for a referral. Guess what? Yep, same thing. Can't speak to her, office staff don;t leave messages. No one calls back. Had the path report faxed to Skvaril's office and again requested a referral for melanoma follow up. And yep, have heard nothing. If you want to pay a lot, not have any access by phone or email, and have to diagnose a life threatening condition and find… treatment on your own, this is the MD for you.

Not only did Dr Skvaril take the time with me that I needed but she explained everything in a way that anyone could understand. She provided many suggestions and alternatives for me in particular. Great staff and excellent provider. I can't tell you the peace of mind I left that office with knowing that this is my provider.

Too often now, doctors make you feel like another person on their speedy assembly line. They are rushing, tired, and are never really present during your visit. My wife and I both had Skvaril recommended to us by one of the best Oncologist in town and she was right on about why she is one of the best doctors: she takes your appointment seriously and is very intelligent.

I would only recommend this Doctor to someone who does not have any serious health problems.
