Never in time for appointments. Today I waited and hour Same as the last two visits.

I made a appointment with Dr Todd the health system called and confirmed 3 times never told me they were putting me in with a nurse aprn-c , unacceptable when you’re trying to establish as a new patient and they push you off because they’re too busy for you . She should say no new patient

Every experience is excellent. She has a more caring doctor and you’ll ever meet. Would recommend. The problem is her schedule is really filling up. Should be a lot more doctors like her. ??

Dr Todd always over books her appointments with patients having to wait up to an hour. She believes only her time is valuable. Terrible.

This was my second visit with this doctor, she was the best doctor I have seen in years. She spends as much time as you need. Very attentive! I feel blessed to have her.

So blessed to have found Dr. Todd ~ she listens , finds what’s wrong quickly - she is very very smart and has a gentle ,kind caring disposition . I love her so much . She’s more than a great Doctor ~ she’s the best ! I was a nurse . I have been to ,and worked for many doctors ... She goes above and beyond . Can’t sing enough praises .

Came in to see Dr. Todd. Friendly but ordered testing. If I got a test done immediately she would review the results and if everything was in order she would prescribe medication for me that same visit. I had thee test done delivered the results to her and 2.5 hrs. later still had no word from her. I had to leave because I couldn't wait anymore because I had to get back to work. It's eight days later and I still don't have the results after calling the office twice and leaving messages for her. To me this is unacceptable and I will gladly find another practice to get away from this incompetence. I'm an easy going person who doesn't get frustrated easily but if you make a commitment you should not break it. I've been a patient of the diagnostic clinic for over 10 years but something has adversely happened to the practice over the past year or two. I would not refer anyone to this practice anymore. In addition, they claim its a one-stop physician's office but over the last… several years they have gotten rid of, probably for financial reasons, main-stream departments like urology, obstetrics and many more.

I was very disappointed not only with Dr. Todd but also with The Diagnostic Clinic. The way it is set up you wait forever to be seen. Then once you are seen if you have any tests come back they have someone from the office call you with results. If you ask questions they have zero knowledge. If you ask for Dr. Todd to call you about your results, you will be told she cannot call you and that you will need to make an appointment. Everyone that works in The Diagnostic Clinic seem to be overwhelmed, miserable, and mean. I will be looking for a new doctor and one that is not affiliated with this clinic.

She is friendly enough, but I do not like her bedside manner. Prescribed a series of tests, labs, etc...then says she will see me next year. It may not be her fault, it may be the "Obama Care" insurance I have. But I will not go back to see her again.

I just want to say this is one of the best doctors I have been to, she is caring and always has a smile on her face. She listens and never rushes with her patients. I would highly recommend this doctor to all my friends!!!!!!
