Dr Jacqueline Diemthy Vo

I am tired of asking Dr. Vo and the staff to either refund the $50: 00 charges for the FMLA or submit the form that I brought a very long time ago the staff just keeps telling me that they want to do more office visits and that keeps going on and on. I am not going to keep going on with that game I will not have any more appointments if they do not refund me the $ 50 for the FMLA that they fail to submit. The Pearland office staff is ultimately, incompetent, and useless I have had so much trouble with them since the good lady left years ago I have been patient with this lazy staff but I this point I just got enough. If Dr. Vo, Is not willing to do something I am not returning. This is ridiculous they forgot that they are not the only rheumatologist.

I rarely take the time and effort to write reviews but feel that I really need to write one for Dr. Jacqueline Vo. I have a rare, deadly autoimmune disease and Dr. Vo told me in my first appointment to contact her immediately if my symptoms returned. On numerous occasions I have been completely ignored by Dr. Vo and her medical assistants. I have spoken with various members in her office and have even sent Dr. Vo messages telling her of my situation and that I needed help, only with no response . I have continued to hound her staff and they kept telling me that I would hear back that day from Dr. Vo or a medical assistant but no one has ever called me back after my numerous calls. As before, no response. My treatment has been truly uncaring and unprofessional and I plan to report her to my insurance company in an effort to help her current and future patients.

Dr Vo will only briefly see you & mostly you’ll deal with one her PAs. She rushes things along & gives so little information. This office will also not discuss anything by phone & they require an in-person visit. Wait times are awful so be prepared to sit in the dingy waiting room for a while.

I’ve waited 1-2 hours for each appointment then feel rushed by Dr Vo and her PAs. Vo gives very limited information upon diagnosis & actually told me to email any follow up questions and to “google it” to find out more. She and her PA also gave conflicting advice. Binz location is dirty & poorly maintained.

will not be going back. many other rheumatologist in HOUSTON to choose from.

I went in paid my $40 waited for one hour and 15 min. and was told to go have blood work done and was told to come back the following week for an ultra sound. I said lets do it today ( since they do it there in the office ) Im already here. Was told the insurance would not pay for it that same day.' and that the ultra sound would take 45 min. to do. I called my insurance from the parking garage and they said that they would have paid for it ,that the office choose to not let me do it the same day.I went back paid another $40 waited one hour and 10 minutes. and did the ultra sound which took 12 min. to do. !! Made another appt. to go over blood test results and ultra sound results.Went back paid another $40 waited one hour and 30 minutes .I was ready to talk to my Dr. and discuss a plan to treat me.Was told that I would be seeing one of the P.A. Dr.Hernandez.I said no I want to see my Dr. We went back and forth and finally was told that I would see both.I finished talking with Dr.… Hernandez and she said I know that they told you that you would see Dr.Vo but she got a call from the school and had to leave. I went up front to the desk and asked the girls up front where the doctor was and they said OH ITS HER 1/2 DAY , SHE IS GONE FOR THE DAY Really ????? You make me an appt. and you leave without seeing me. I drove an hour to get there , paid another $40 ,paid for parking and you leave ??? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT !!! The girl says that the Dr. wants to see me in 2 weeks and starts to schedule my appt. I look at her and said NO THANKS and walked out.

We have seen many doctors in Walter Tower and this one is the absolute worst. No care or concern for patient. Does not accept recommendations from other doctors who want to change her orders. Will not help my daughter with pain or anxiety from brain tumor removal. Uncooperative, unkind, unacceptable.

I have been seeing Dr. Vo for many years and do not ever want to change Rheumatologists. She listens to my concerns and symptoms and has always helped me when I need it. Infusion therapy at the direction of Dr Vo helped me so much. I also see her PA, Stephanie, whom I absolutely love. I have no problems seeing Stephanie instead of Dr. Vo for regular follow up visits as she is knowledgeable, kind compassionate. If I have to leave a message for her office staff, they call me back, no problem. Wait times are not very long

Dr Vo doesn't even see the patient the first visit, the PA does. Brief exam, less than 5 minutes. Prescribes pain meds w/o a formal diagnosis AND after I told her that I didn't want pain meds. LISTEN TO THE PATIENT. Lab test results are online (as well as given to me by the receptionist) but they still want a $$$ follow up appointment to discuss what??? Next step: filing a report w/state of texas med board.

Getting an appointment is tricky at best. The staff NEVER returns phone calls; puts you on hold forever, sometimes not getting back to you; Dr. Vo will rarely write RX's for a 90 day with refills, even though I had been on medications for 15 years+, she wants you to keep coming back every 6 weeks for more money out of your pocket; she seems to be somewhere else while I have been in front of her; being an established patient means nothing; the staff are curt and rude. I have had enough and I am finding another doctor!
