Dr Z came in to the procedure room with a second year resident that I had not been made aware of or asked if it was ok with me.

I can't say enough good words to express my feeling for Dr Z. She is exceptional, knowledgeable and caring. She IS a physician like they used to be. She's been given a gift by God. She is quite a remarkable Dr. I would not see anyone but her. I've told so many people about her. She is a true asset to your team.
