Dr. Frigon is a great doctor who will give you excellent care. She cares deeply about her clients, but be ready to take her advice and act on it. She can't help you unless you are willing to put in the effort to help yourself as well. Pascal Baber

Frigon is one of the WORST neurologist I have ever met. From waiting 2 1/2-3 hours after our appointment time, to her attitude and short visit. This was a waste of my time and hers. She should choose another occupation cause being a doctor isn’t it.

Told my elderly mother the loss of feeling in her legs and feet was diabetic neuropathy, which I found interesting since my mother is not and never has been a diabetic. My mother went to the hospital in an ambulance 2 days later after she fell because she couldn't feel her legs and fractured her back in 3 places. This doctor said she never told my mother that it was neuropathy. Luckily, due to other doctors my mother got well. Not really worth a rating.

Sometimes there is a long wait but you must understand that there are others that needs a little more attention than you do at the time when you had your appointment the first time she spended a lot of time with you asking questions I like her

She just say well u got referred to me! I it's lik she don't want to help or nothin. When I know my leg is numb and feel lik some stabbing me!

My appointment was for 12:30. I arrived promptly. The waiting room was packed with more patients waiting outside. Where was I supposed to sit? On the floor? On the curb outside? I calculated I would be waiting 2 1/2 to 3 hrs before I got to see the doctor. I informed the receptionist I'd find a different doctor and left. Dr. Frigon has billed me ever since as a "no show/did not give 24 hours notice. "

My mother is her patient in the rehab department of the Pine Bluff hospital. My mother has been there for over a week and no one in the family has seen this doctor. We know nothing of her status. Trying to get her discharged, and can't even get that taken care of. Very inefficient doctor as far as I'm concerned. Will never be back there.

I pray for her its easier than to complain about her faults,she is not God so she is not my savior.

I have been dealing with Dr. Frigon's office for 13+ years and o have never been treated the way that I have been treated until today. My son was 6 months old when we he had his first seizure. Dr. Frigon was referred to us by the hospital and doctors office. I thank god that he hasn't had an episode in 5 years, but when I called today to see if I could schedule and appointment for my son to see her for his new episodes. I was told ghat I had an old bill from 2009 that was not paid. My son was on Medicaid at the time. When I asked what number were they billing she gave me the old number. I then asked her why am I just now knowing about the bill I was told that it's not there responsibility to call me and let me know that the bill wasn't paid. I feel like this office needs to be closed. She should not be able to practice in the state anymore if that's what she calls customer service and patient care. I would rather go to little rock where they treat you with respect......
