Dr. Jacquelyn Victoria Lacera, MD

I’ve had several negative experiences with this doctor over the last few years I’ve had her. She will refuse to prescribe medications and when she does, there are often interactions that she doesn’t catch! I’ve had two meds prescribed that were actually counter indicated to another maintenance med I had to take to live. Luckily the pharmacist caught it! She rushes her appointments when she arrives late and is so condescending to people. The way she speaks to not just her patients but other staff members says she thinks she’s better than everyone. This doctor has no compassion and her medical knowledge seems pretty limited. Do yourself a favor and find a new dr who may actually care to do their job!

If I could give zero stars I would. This doctor is not just bad, but medically negligent. She denies care for no discernible reason and refuses to help patients. Her hippocratic oath meant nothing, or maybe the money means more. She also doesn’t have general knowledge of conditions and it’s very concerning having to correct a doctor. She doesn’t return phone calls or messages. She’ll actually cancel appointments if she deems them unnecessary! It is so clear she doesn?t care for her patients at all. STAY AWAY! Your health and life is in jeopardy with her.

Dr. Lacera is one of the best Dr.s I have seen. She is very caring, and takes her time to discuss whatever problem you’re seeing her for. She has gone above and beyond to treat my family for various things, and follows up with her patients.

I have been taking my mother-in-law to Dr. Lacera for 15 years and she has always been treated with kindness and respect! My mother-in-law is deathly afraid of doctors but has several medical conditions that require regular visits. Dr. Lacera has always been compassionate and understanding and taken plenty of time with her and made sure she answers all her questions. I have no idea how the negative reviewers got that perception of Dr. Lacera but we have always found her office to be friendly and professional.

I would go to my vet before going back to her! She is rude, uninformed, and just around bad...when you question her the best answer she gives is this is my office I can do what I want. Very false she is an employee of Riverside Medical Clinic and needs to follower their policies. She denied my husband his legal right to have someone in the room with him! Patient beware, she is no good

Very easy to talk to. Listens to what you have to say and all that she can to make a diagnosis. Wait times vary quite a bit though. I've waited from 15 minutes to almost 45.
