Dr. Jacquelyn Michele Reilly, MD

My appt was quite awhile ago last year. I have other reasons to be unhappy with the practice that I don't want to just put on Dr.R. What brings me to this now is that more than once, and not just myself, there have been attempts to find a Biopsy record, as I prep to go to another office. This seems to just be gone, putting me in the position of just going by a simple call from her assistant that I need not worry, yet I/we never saw 'benign' so it's concerning. Where is such an important record, NOT in Baystates Lab records?! Therefore, Only 1-2 stars from me. The one is for my hearing test which was actually a half decent experience... except to be told I can't do anything about Tinnuitis!

Worst experience ever! My recommendation to find someone else to see.

I saw Dr. Reilly 3 times for an ear growth that had the potential to be biopsied. Dr. Reilly was unhurried, professional and personable. After one month of treatment there was a great improvement and after the second month the problem was resolved. As I showered shortly before my final appointment I found a deer tick under my arm that I was unable to remove, and had to rush to the appointment. I asked her if she could remove it and she did - with humor and grace. I would definitely return to Dr. Reilly for any future ENT problems.

She was simply the best. Not only is she a phenomenal doctor, she has a wonderful bedside manner. Out of 3 ENTs she was the only one that listened to me and for me fixed up. She performed 2 of my sinus surgeries and she also performed my husbands. I honestly don’t think I would of survived the ongoing pain I was in. She saved me.

Jackie is an excellent communicator who does not rush through her appointments.

Dr. Reilly has done surgery on both of my daughters for a total of 3 surgeries. She is very professional, has a great bedside manner, and helped us feel comfortable throughout the surgery process- which is very difficult when it is your baby!

3 years of pain and no results.

Dr. Reilly is an outstanding physician totally centered on the patient. She doesn’t interrupt you and let’s you explain your problem. She’s an excellent diagnostician. She’s also very kind and is very say to talk to. I am very fortunate to have found such a caring and competent physician.

jabbed sharp Instrument sloppily into one ear while attempting to do simple procedure. Reported intense pain. Have had this procedure countless times with other ENT's no incident.16 hours later, still inss times--a first. Had reported history swimmers ear infection in that ear, resulting in emergency surgery at Mass Eye and Ear. She was irresponsible, condescending, dismissive. 16 hours later awakened by ongoing pain. Planning to drive to ER.

Dr. Reilly is a very dedicated doctor who channels herself to making her patients get to their best. My son has been going to this specialist for some years now and I wouldn't trust anyone else. Even Boston Children's Specialist in Boston, have taken note to Dr. Reilly's exceptional treatment.
