Dr. Jae Wook Nam, MD

My appointment was at 3, and I was taken to a room at 2:59! The doctor came into the patient room very quickly . We discussed my issues since my last visit, and went over plans for helping with my issues. Dr. Nam is very conscientious and thorough. Plans were also made for me to call within a week to let Dr. know how medication was doing .

I visited Dr Nam for a consultation and he was very kind and patient with my questions. I felt complete confidence in him and appreciated his soft spoken but personable manner.

He was very compassionate, asked me objective questions, listened to me, and paid close attention to my answers (which is very hard to find in a doctor these days). Immediately after the conversation ended, he ordered several tests. When the day of the procedure arrived, he was punctual, explained everything about it, and everything went exactly as he had described. When I woke up from the anesthesia, he had already spoken with my family and came to see me to discuss the results and what I should expect after the procedure. There were no changes or surprises; everything was exactly as he and his staff had told me to expect. I am very pleased with them and with the follow-up after the procedure, and I am now waiting for the biopsy results.

Dr Nam is an expert in the field. Listens, answers questions, and gives a full answer. He is never in a hurry.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Dr Nam is very relatable. He takes his time and listens to your comments and your questions. He is very friendly and puts you ar ease.

I have never been in a Doctor office that was so Friendly.Greet you with a smile , courteous From the person who I made the appointment with , billing , check in and checking out. Every staff member . Dr Nam who is my Gastroenterologist was so friendly . Very knowledgeable. Took time to sit down and talk. When I did not feel good and I came into this office , the atmosphere was like medicine. I trust Dr Nam . Thank you everyone for such an awesome staff and your professionalism.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived early but didn’t see the doctor until 30 minutes after my appointment time.
