If I could give a negative score to this office staff I would. I felt the doctor was more interested in pushing meds than listening to me. His front desk, although kind has no idea what is going on and always has to run back and ask questions about scheduling. However, his PA is extremely decisive. She inferred I was a liar on many occasions, failed to come through on commitments or didn't do as was instructed on the commitments, and cancelled prescriptions without informing me then told me I had to make an appointment 2 weeks later fto get them back. That was two weeks ago. Today, I went in and didn't have a wallet and they refused to see me. After a bit of a fit on my end, they told me they were no longer going to see me. I've been without certain meds for two weeks. This office does not care.

He used to be a great neurologist but the last couple of times I've been in he seems in a hurry to get rid of me and can't keep my medical records straight. I was reprimanded for not decreasing the amount of meds I take throughout last year although that was never discussed in the previous appointment. Now I'm dealing with driver's license issues as him/his office never sent my paperwork over to the DMV. When I called to resolve this the receptionist acted like I'm at fault here. Avoid at all costs

He discounted everything I would tell him by saying I couldn't possibly have migraines that I was describing and had to tell me instead what textbooks say. It was horrible to be told I couldn't be feeling what I was because it didn't fall into his categories.

I have severe RLS. I GET IT IN MT LRGS, BACK, AND. NECK..DR. J. IMANI HAD THE ODDITY TO TELL ME IT WAS NOT PAIN! HE ONLY GAVE MR 1, 10 MLG. OXY FOR IT. THAT DOESN'T EVEN KEEP ME ASLEEP. HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME ANY MORE. I TOLD HIM I HAD A DISABILITY FOR IT SO HE TOLD ME TO STAY HOME AND NEVER GO ANYWHERE!, I ASKED HIM FOR MORE THAN ONE 10 MG. OXY. HE SAID NO. HE TRIED TO PIT ME ON XYPREXIA, AN ANTI'PSYCHOTIC, WHICH BRINGS ON RLS. HE WOULDN'T LISTEN TO ME, HE WAS NOT SYMPATHETIC, AND HE WOULD NIT HELP ME!

Dr. Imani came in the room for my first visit and asked to hear my concerns. He then attentively listened until I was finished speaking. He then compiled his thoughts and after a moment asked a few questions to determine he had properly understood me. He then listened attentively to my responses. After which, he paused to compile his thoughts and, only like then did he express his thoughts on my condition and some different solutions to treat me. We then had a conversation as we sorted through different ideas and options. At no time did Dr. Imani interrupt, nor speak over me. He always listened politely and valued my opinion as much as he valued his own. This candor and humility astonished me; most doctors I've visited with attempt to diagnose after hearing just the first two or three symptoms. Dr. Imani is extraordinary and has earned my trust and confidence. My condition is now properly adressed and managed, thanks to Dr. Imani and his great team. Thank you.

I took my wife to Imani because she was having seizures. While in his office he would only talk to me and not even look at my wife. She had a seizure while we were still there. Looked at her and said she was faking it then walk out and never came back. I plan on reporting him to the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. I think anyone that has had a complaint about him should do the same

Dr. Imani was my mother's neurologist and he was arrogant and mean. He clearly only cares about money and not patient care. I am certain he hastened her death.

Worst Doctor ive ever been to! He's not professional and made fun of my disease by calling me a retard! Defiantly would never recommend him. He's a liar and thief!

This doctor has always got me a appointment that fits my lifestyle. Very Quick, accurate staff. The doctor overall makes it fun to visit him always cracking jokes and spends enough time with me to make the most accurate prognosis! Thanks you Intermountain Med

Dr. Imani has been different everytime I visit him. One day he spent an hour with me, concerned, sincere and helpful. Another, I felt as if I was in the way of his break lunch. He will not trust you if you have told if previous meds have worked- He will start from scratch and do it his way. I will say that he has been much better.
