Dr. Abuan definitely deserves five stars for his ability to connect with his patients with compassion. He's personable and easy to talk to. He's worked with me through a couple different medical issues and even though I neglected my doctor visits during the pandemic, Dr. Abuan remembered me when I finally did go back. If he's accepting new patients, I'd recommend requesting Dr. Abuan.

Winter Haven Hospital Lost a Good Doctor When Dr. Jamie Abuan Left.

I had been seeing another doctor in the area for 2 years, Dr. Jennifer Negrin, and I really liked her a lot. However, she left her practice and is practicing elsewhere. I had been told by several people who were patients of Dr. Abuan what a great doctor he is. I couldn't agree more. He is very kind, patient, not rushed, and listens to you very carefully and offers his opinions and suggestions without being overbearing. I also tend to get nervous when I go to the doc (even though I have worked in the medical field for years), and get white coat hypertension, but he is very calm and relaxed so it helps with the "don't like doctors" syndrome lol. On top of that, his staff from the front desk to the back are all great. Very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking a great primary care doctor.

This doctor is very caring, thorough and diligent. He takes time with every patient and his staff works with him and you. Have been going to this doctor for 10+ years and will never change doctors....
