Dr. Jaime Casida

Jaime Casida, MSW, LSW, is a master’s level licensed social worker specializing in supporting children and adolescents who experience emotional, social, and behavioral challenges. She provides evidence-based interventions tailored to each child’s developmental stage and collaborates closely with families to promote lasting growth and resilience. Her philosophy of care is rooted in compassion, respect, and empowerment. She believes every child deserves to feel understood and supported, and she focuses on building strong therapeutic relationships that encourage confidence and positive change.
Beyond her primary specialties, Jaime has a strong interest in working with children navigating life transitions, including school changes, family adjustments, and identity development. She has completed advanced training in child-centered and family-based therapies, including approaches that integrate parents and caregivers into the healing process. Her background includes working in …both clinical and community settings, giving her unique insight into the everyday challenges children face at home, in school, and in their communities. She values a creative and flexible approach, often incorporating play, art, and mindfulness practices to help children feel comfortable and engaged in the therapeutic process. Jaime has 10+ years of professional experience working with children and families. She has also had extensive training in trauma and adoption related issues.
Outside of work, Jaime enjoys working on her art, playing video games and completing home improvement projects. She also enjoys spending time with her family; especially her daughter and two dogs.
