Dr. Jaime Colombino Gonzalez, MD

Dr Gonzalez is awesome. But Dr Moreno is very bad. Moreno is a doctor no medical ethics. I think his medical qualification certificate should be revoked. Moreno has no respect for patients with mental illness and their families.

My fathers doctor is Jamie Gonzales. Has so far missed diagnosed flu, pneumonia, and convonavirus. I have never seen such a bad representation of medical care. DO NOT GO or risk life of loved ones.

Very professional, great treatment with the patient, and very intelligent and savvy. Staff with great customer service. I travel one hour from home to receive his orientation with my health, a doctor to trust.

Dr Gonzalez is great, but staff gets in the way. I was scheduled with Dr Moreno for Meniere’s symptoms related to cardiac Rx. Dr Moreno’s condescending tone was notable throughout the interview. When I was given him the clinical history that led to my complaint, he cut me off and was just concerned with symptoms. Instead of listening, he assumed I just had congestion. He prescribed the wrong meds and under-dosed.. When I called to complain, I was redirected to voicemail; I called again asking to make a note for Dr Gonzalez, my PCP, to call me and instead my call was parked on an endless hold. No callback from Dr Gonzalez was received because the staff was too busy talking and not listening. Because of this, they lost a client and I lost a good doctor. Dr. Moreno’s attitude and incompetence fall short of the great experiences I had with Dr. Gonzalez, and do not reflect a standard of excellence. The same could be said about the office staff’s phone manners. No patient should have to… jump through so many hurdles to receive an acceptable standard of care. Not going back! Meniere’s is serious stuff. If you decide to go to this office, stick with Dr. Gonzalez—he’s top of the line. If your plan allows, go directly to a specialist. Do not let the staff schedule you with anyone else other than Dr Gonzalez! Caveat emptor...

Dr Gonzalez and his PA were terrific with process of death and dying of my dad. They were on top of his care and empathetic and understanding of our emotional pain that we were going through. I highly recommend the doctor and his staff. They made the horrific process more doable.

Dr. Gonzalez is an excellent physician. He helped me obtain an accurate diagnosis after half a dozen doctors had failed to order or see the need to order the necessary tests. I would recommend him to anyone seeking an advocate for more thorough diagnosis and targeted treatment, instead of the usual cost-saving "managed care."
